How do I contact customer service?
We are happy to help with anything you may need, and you can reach us via telephone or email, Monday-Friday 9 am-4pm, Eastern Standard Time. Our telephone number is 1-800-445-2563, email cs@keywestaloe.com.
How do I place an order?
An order can be placed by clicking the “Add To Cart” button under the desired product. Once you have finished selecting your items, click the “Go to Checkout” button to complete your order. If you do not wish to place your order via our website or would like additional assistance placing your order, please contact us at 1-800-445-2563, Monday through Friday 9 am- 4 pm EST.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, which contains tracking information as well.
Key West Aloe’s shipping department will be closed on the following holidays:
  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Indepence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the US. Any order under the $75 qualifier will ship standard shipping in the US for $9.95. We do offer shipping to Canada for a shipping charge of $20. Shipments can only be sent via FedEx. Expedited 2 day shipping is available for an additional fee. Orders must be placed before 12 pm Monday- Friday to be eligible for expedited shipping. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the US and Canada.
Can I ship my order to a different address than my billing address?
Yes! After selecting your shipping address,there is a box under the payment section labeled “My billing and shipping address are the same,” uncheck this box. A billing address form will appear, and you can put in the correct billing address.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is the best way to shop with us. You can create an account by selecting the “Create an Account” button and answering the questions asked. Once you have provided the required information, click the “ Create an Account’ button, to complete the process.
How do I retrieve my password if I forgot it?
You can get assistance in retrieving your password by going to the customer login page. Once there, input your registered email address and then select the ”Forgot Your Password” button. You will then be asked to re-enter your email address, and a link will be sent to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the emailed link to complete the process.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes we do! You can sign up for our rewards program by selecting the “KWA Loyalty Program” at any time during your online shopping. You will be prompted to sign up for the program, by registering a valid email address and creating a password. You will earn points for each purchase made on www.keywestaloe.com by signing into your account before shopping. Should you have any additional questions regarding logging in, feel free to contact us.
How do I use a coupon code?
In your cart, click on “Apply Discount Code” to open the drop box to input the code. Once the promotional code has been added, click the “Apply Discount” button. The discount will then be applied to the cart. Please note, only one promotion can be used per order. This is inclusive of loyalty rewards.
How do I cancel an order?
We begin processing orders pretty quickly once an order is placed, therefore the timetable to cancel an order is within 12 hours of the purchase.

How do I track an order?
A tracking number is provided in the shipment confirmation email. You can click on the tracking number to access tracking, enter your order number and email here, or you can copy the tracking number and put it directly into the carrier's website.
How do I make a return?
An item can be returned within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. To Return an Item:
  1. Print out a copy of your invoice ( invoices can be found via email or under My Account, My Orders on www.keywestaloe.com)
  2. Box up items to return and be sure to include your invoice.
  3. Mail return to:

  4. Please Allow 3 weeks to receive your refund.
If at any time you have questions regarding your return, feel free to contact us for further assistance. Key West Aloe does not provide prepaid return labels for online orders. We are only able to return orders placed on www.keywestaloe.com. Any purchase made at our retail location or a 3rd party vendor is not eligible for return. If a package has been marked delivered by a carrier, and the customer claims to have not received the package, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Key West Aloe is not responsible for lost or misdelivered items.
An item I want is out of stock, how do I get notified when it is back in stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for direct notification of restock by selecting the “Notify Me” button below the product. We will automatically send a notification to the email address linked to your account when the product has been restocked.
